Tiger Apologizes

I watched the Tiger Woods press conference today and realized that I really don't need to hear his apology. He didn't need to publicly apologize. He did not do anything to me for which he had to apologize. It really is between him and his family. If he feels that he must apologize to his foundation and sponsors, that is best done personally, not through a national event.

He seemed a little robotic and I suppose I would have been too if I went on national TV and expressed my regrets for having nailed half the women in the US. On a different note, I saw pictures of the women and I am not sure why he didn't just go home. He cheated on better than any he stepped out with. Oh well, I guess I would have to walk a mile in his shoes. Is that possible? This could be a new reality TV show. "Walk in Tiger's Shoes". You have all the money in the world and gorgeous women available to you daily, what would you do???? How may of us would get up and publicly apologize for our subsequent choices?

I thought the same thing too, but then I heard one of the guys on ESPN comment that it was a "step" in his program to publicly apologize to the people he wronged. I guess he figured he wronged a lot of people, including his fans, to do it on an international scale.
